No borrowed credibility
No client logos, no testimonials and no case studies appear anywhere on this site. When a customer agrees in writing to be named, that changes, and the work gets described accurately.

About
Intelligentside is a marketing agency for aesthetics clinics, and it runs the whole loop rather than one slice of it: the ads that bring an enquiry, the AI that answers it and books it, and the review that brings the next one. Splitting those across three suppliers is where most clinics quietly lose money.
State of the art, defined
State of the art gets used as decoration. Here it carries a plain meaning: the speech and language methods that hold up in production get applied properly, rather than a phone menu dressed up in newer language.
In practice that means:
If a booking link and a tidier inbox solve the problem, that gets said. Putting a machine on the phone to patients is a real commitment, and it should only be taken on where the volume of enquiries justifies it.
Future proof, defined
A system is only future proof if walking away from it is cheap. Everything below is a standing commitment, written here so it can be held to.
Straight dealing
Plenty of sites lead with numbers nobody can check. This one holds a rule: nothing gets published here until evidence for it sits on file.
No client logos, no testimonials and no case studies appear anywhere on this site. When a customer agrees in writing to be named, that changes, and the work gets described accurately.
No uptime percentage, no answer rate, no return on ad spend, no bookings recovered. Two things carry figures on this site: the prices, and whatever the diary model and the call flow compute while you watch them.
No years in business, no headcount, no awards or accreditations. Intelligentside is early, and pretending otherwise would be a poor start to a working relationship.
Scope, cost and the support window get written down before work starts. The business owns what it pays for, including the right to take it elsewhere.
Method, cost, what happens if it does not work, and what leaving looks like. All of it answerable on a first call.
